Terms and Conditions:

This membership program is only applicable to the "OTG Online Store". Purchases made in-store will not be counted towards the program and will not be eligible for related discounts.
Shopping credits are only applicable for use on the "OTG Online Store" and cannot be used for in-store purchases. Please take note of this.
If the specified spending amount is accumulated within 12 months on the online store, the membership will be upgraded/renewed immediately. If the specified spending amount is not accumulated within 12 months, the membership will automatically be downgraded to a membership based on relative spending.
Points accumulated within the current year will expire on December 31st of the following year.
Upgrading to Black Gold / Black Diamond membership will come with a welcome shopping credit, which will be automatically distributed within 7 working days and will be valid for 60 days.
Birthday shopping credits will be sent on the member's birthday and will be valid for 30 days.
Shopping credits can be used on a single purchase of HK$100 or more, with a maximum of 15% of the total purchase amount usable per order.
Shopping credits can be used simultaneously with other promotions.
Points/shopping credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership status, points, and shopping credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the respective member according to the program terms.
The company reserves the right to modify the benefits, terms, and conditions mentioned above without prior notice. In case of any disputes, OTG OnTheGo Limited reserves the final decision-making authority.
